I am not currently paneled with insurance providers. However, I provide a superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

It depends on what you're working through and what your goals are. Some clients benefit from a focused 3–6 month stretch. Others find value in longer-term work as life continues to shift and evolve.
We'll check in regularly, and you'll always have a say in the pace and direction. Therapy isn't something that happens to you, it's something we build together.

The first sessions are mostly about getting to know each other and understanding what brings you in. It can feel a little unfamiliar at first, like any new relationship.
