Welcome. I’m glad you’re here

Deciding to start therapy takes courage. Whether something specific brought you here or you've simply reached a point where you know something needs to change, that awareness matters. It's often where the real work begins.

You don't need to have everything figured out or a clear label for what you're experiencing. Therapy isn't about being told what to do. It's about creating space where you can hear yourself more clearly: what you need, what has shaped you, and what you want your life and relationships to feel like moving forward.

That kind of clarity develops in the presence of someone willing to sit with you, listen closely, and walk alongside you as you make sense of your experience.

How I work

My approach is client-centered, relational, and collaborative. I care about your story and believe therapy works best when people feel seen, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I also help clients process traumatic experiences, grief, and other difficult life events that may continue to impact them in the present. Therapy with me is compassionate, curious, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families navigating:

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship challenges and communication patterns

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • The emotional weight of holding everything together while quietly struggling

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Anxiety, depression, and burnout

  • Cultural identity and immigration experiences

My work draws from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and somatic frameworks, and I'm trained in EMDR for processing trauma when appropriate.
